Notice for Submitting Exhibits

We are pleased to present the Clerk’s Online Exhibit Portal – an online service that provides the capability to submit your exhibits electronically.  Just launch the portal by clicking the icon below:

If your Judicial Officer is participating, they will be included in the drop down menu for 'Judicial Officer' and you may submit your exhibits by filling out the form and attaching your exhibits.

NOTE: Please follow the exhibit submittal orders of the Judicial Officer which may be included in the order and/or minute entry setting your hearing. Exhibits may not be submitted electronically for a jury trial. Please contact the judicial division for clarification or additional instructions.

Audio and video files may not be uploaded to the Exhibit Portal. Audio and video files may be submitted as an exhibit on a flash drive or CD/DVD and taken directly to the division. Please contact the judicial division for clarification or additional instructions.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that all parties are responsible for providing paper copies of electronically submitted exhibits when required for use in the courtroom.

If you are submitting exhibits the same day as your hearing, you must take the exhibits to the hearing with you to be considered by the hearing officer. Exhibits submitted after 5:00 p.m. will not be processed until the next business day. If the hearing is scheduled early the next business day, the exhibits may not be available for use by the hearing time. You must submit a copy of all exhibits submitted to the Court to the opposing party by the number of business days identified in the order setting the matter.

Please read the Online Exhibits Instructions and observe the FAQs before attempting to submit exhibits, as there is additional important information located there which will assist you with your submission.
