Personal Information
Users of this site may wish to make an email inquiry, sign up for an email subscription, or submit a form. These forms capture personal information, such as names, email addresses, and physical addresses. Email addresses or any personally identifying information about individuals are not sold or rented to any governmental, commercial, or other entities. When a user has given the Clerk's Office their email address for purposes of communicating with or requesting information from the Clerk's Office, that communication becomes a part of the public record and may be subject to disclosure under applicable Arizona and Federal statute(s).
For security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the Clerk of the Superior Court's website also employs measures to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage.

Intelligent Agent
Our intelligent virtual agents (Cleo) collect information provided to them from the customer/user in the form of statements. These statements may contain personally identifiable information including names if searching for open public cases, addresses if asking for directions, and/or email addresses if the customer would like to be contacted.
Information provided to our intelligent virtual agents is used to gather information to better assist the user. This information, which is in the form of anonymized utterances (statements submitted to the agent for understanding), is used to train the virtual agents on the intentions of human customers/users. Statements are maintained for no more than thirteen (13) months.
At no time does the Clerk of the Superior Court of Maricopa County share with any other agency the information obtained through interactions between customers/users and our intelligent agents.
US Short Code Intelligent Use Policy
Cleo by Text
The intelligent agent provides the means to text Cleo in order to obtain information that may be of assistance to the user. This may include such inquiries related to the Clerk of the Superior Court's office hours, locations, and service availability.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at coccustomerrelations@mail.maricopa.gov.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. You will receive a message response only at the time of initial inquiry. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
