How to Format Your Submissions

1. For Juvenile matters only: Please download and complete the Juvenile Cover Sheet and submit it with your exhibits. (A coversheet is no longer necessary for Adult cases).

2. Each exhibit must be numbered (i.e., Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, etc.), and uploaded as separate exhibits. If exhibits are NOT uploaded separately, they will be combined as one (1) exhibit. Please submit ALL exhibits with one submission form, whenever possible. DO NOT upload password protected exhibits.

3. DO NOT attempt to upload audio or video media files to the Exhibit Portal. Audio and video files may be submitted as an exhibit on a flash drive or CD/DVD and taken directly to the division. You may also take these items with you at the time of your hearing. The Judicial Officer will determine if these items will be considered. If you have questions about media exhibits, contact the division where your hearing is scheduled.

4. Pre-hearing/pre-trial statements, or any other document for filing, should NOT be submitted through the Online Exhibits Portal. These documents should be filed through eFile Online or at a Clerk of Court filing counter, and a copy submitted directly to the division.

5. PLEASE BE ADVISED that all parties are responsible for providing paper copies of electronically submitted exhibits when required for use in the courtroom.
