You can now make an appointment for marriage licenses, non-criminal adult file counter services and passports. Please note that appointments for some services are not available at all locations, including the Criminal or Juvenile filing counters.

You can schedule an appointment to file documents or make payments at the non-criminal adult filing counters at one of the following Maricopa County Clerk of the Superior Court locations:

• Southeast File Counter, Southeast Court Complex - 222 E Javelina Dr., Mesa, AZ 85210
• Northeast Regional Center - 18380 N. 40th St., Phoenix, AZ 85032
• Northwest Regional Center - 14264 W. Tierra Buena Ln., Surprise, AZ 85374

Marriage Licenses & Passports
