To ensure timely access to court documents related to election matters that garner significant public interest, the Clerk of the Superior Court requested Administrative Order 2024-074 to allow for the posting of election-related court documents.

Documents displayed on the Clerk’s web pages do not constitute the official court record in a case.  Documents designated as confidential under Arizona law, rule, or administrative order or that have been ordered sealed will not be accessible on the Clerk’s website. Additionally, overly voluminous documents may not be displayed in their entirety.

As stated in past and current Administrative Orders related to these election matters, the Clerk has discretion to determine which cases and what types of documents are posted and available via the Clerk’s website.

Please use a desktop or laptop computer for the best viewing of these documents.

Please note: the timelines for the Clerk’s Office to process documents filed in cases varies, and for cases that are displayed on this webpage, documents filed will be posted as promptly as possible, and generally, only during normal business hours.
