No. Each exhibit must be numbered (i.e. Exhibit 1, Exhibit 2, etc.), and uploaded as separate exhibits. If exhibits are NOT uploaded separately, they will be combined as one (1) exhibit. Please submit ALL exhibits with one submission form, whenever possible.
How will I know my exhibits were received?
You will receive a confirmation email after your exhibits have been uploaded and received by our Office. Please check your Spam/Junk Folder for this email. To avoid exhibit related emails being sent to your Spam/Junk Folder, it is recommended you add coc@cosc.mail.maricopa.gov to your email safe senders list. It is recommended that you submit ALL exhibits at one time, with one submission form.
I am attempting to upload exhibits, but when I hit the Submit button nothing happens?
The exhibits submission form relies on Javascript. If your browser has elevated security or Javascript disabled, that could cause an issue. To rectify, first try a different browser. For example, if you are attempting to upload using Internet Explorer (IE) and it is not working, try uploading using Google Chrome or Mozilla FireFox.
I am submitting 11 or more exhibits but I have not yet received the link for upload. What should I do?
The email containing the link to upload 11 or more exhibits should be received by you in no more than 15 minutes. Check your Spam/Junk Folders. If 15 minutes have passed since submitting the Exhibit Form, please try filling out the form again and resubmitting. Double-check that the submitter’s email address is correct as the upload link is sent to the submitter’s email address.
I have supplemental exhibits I need to submit. Do I only submit the supplemental exhibits or do I need to resubmit all of the exhibits?
It is recommended that you submit ALL exhibits at one time with one submission form. However, if you need to submit additional exhibits after your initial submission, you only need to submit the supplemental exhibits. They will be added to the end of all previously submitted exhibits for the scheduled hearing.
May I submit media, such as audio/video recordings, through the Online Exhibits Portal?
No. At this time, we are unable to accept any type of media through the Online Exhibits Portal. If you would like to submit a recording, please transfer the media to a flash drive or CD for submission. Please deliver two copies of the media exhibit to the assigned judicial officer’s division.
When will I receive the Court’s list of exhibits for my hearing?
The Clerk’s Office or the Division will email you the exhibit worksheet the day before or the day of your scheduled hearing.
Where are the exhibits that I uploaded to the ShareBase folder?
The system polls the ShareBase folder periodically, if your exhibits are no longer in the ShareBase folder, the upload has been completed and your exhibits are being processed. There is no need to upload them again.
