  • What kind of payments can I make online?

    You can make payments for: criminal fines, probation fees and restitution, deferred filing fees and for non-criminal court ordered fees.
  • What forms of payment can I use online?

    The Clerk of the Superior Court’s Office accepts online payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), debit card, or eCheck. 
  • What information do I need to make a criminal case payment online?

    To make an online payment, you must have your criminal case number.

    Case number format must be entered as follows: CR2018-123456-001; CR2018-123456; CR2000-123456; CR9712345; CR123456.   

    If you do not know your case number, click HERE to search on the Superior Court’s website.

  • What information do I need to make a deferred filing fee or non-criminal account payment online?

    To make an online payment, you must have your Case Number AND Debtor Number, which may be found on your Billing Statement; click HERE to see a sample billing statement.

    Case number format must be entered as follows: FC2020-123456; CV2019-123456; ML123456.

    Debtor number format must be entered as follows: 123456.

    If you do not have your Case Number and Debtor Number after checking your Billing Statement, please call the Clerk’s Office Billing & Deferral Unit at (602) 372-5375 or (602)37-CLERK or send an email to COCbillingdeferrals@maricopa.gov.

  • Are there online payment transaction fees?

    Credit card and debit card convenience fees are assessed by the online payment provider, Point & Pay. Please click here for current credit/debit card fee details. There is no fee for eCheck payments.
  • How long does it take for an online payment to post to my account?

    Posting times may vary, but generally within 24 hours of your payment on criminal accounts and within 5-7 business days on non-criminal accounts.
  • Do I need to create an account to make an online payment?

    No. Establishing an account is an optional convenience, but one time guest payments are accepted.
  • Can someone else make a payment for me?

    Yes.
