accurate court records and services.

The Clerk of the Superior Court will adopt, maintain, and expand the utilization of the Electronic Court Record (ECR)
as the official record for Adult and Juvenile case types.

The Clerk of the Superior Court, as the statutory fiduciary of the Superior Court, will implement and maintain financial
processes that support a unified approach to eGovernment, and provide for the timely and accurate collection, disbursement,
and reporting of court ordered payments.
