VALUES
The Clerk of the Superior Court values innovation, collaboration, excellence and diversity, which embody the foundation of our strategic direction,
priorities, and planning. These values translate into three overarching strategic priorities that govern all activities within the Clerk's Office.
STRATEGIC PRIORITY: CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Our customer philosophy begins with respect for everyone. Customer satisfaction is defined by the customer who requires our understanding of their
needs when operating within a legal environment. We understand that access to the Clerk's products and services, and timeliness and accuracy
of processing are paramount to a positive customer experience. Our priority is to expand services across the Office, leveraging our ECR (electronic court
record) to supply our customers what they require by utilizing technology that allows them to utilize the Clerk's products and services.
STRATEGIC PRIORITY: EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
The Clerk of Superior Court will foster high levels of employee satisfaction through the development and implementation of initiatives that
address employee recruitment, training, development, and retention.
